Fuel, EGR, Turbo Charger, DPF, and lubrication systems can become clogged with carbon deposits that degrade fuel efficiency and performance on diesel engines.
Multi-Service Tool
The Diesel Multi Service Tool performs multiple diesel services with a single base unit. Different engine services are available by connecting the Multi Tool base unit to specific service adapters.
The Diesel Multi Service Tool, can perform both diesel fuel system cleaning and egr/Induction cleaning.
It also performs DPF and Turbo Charger cleaning. The multi tool can also back flush engine oil pick up screens using a unique adapter from Engine Cleans oil system service machine.
The Multi Tool Base unit includes a 64 ounce Epoxy fluid tube, a pressure regulator, Hytron inlet and return lines, a pressure regulator and pressure gauge, and internal 5-micron filterhousing and 2 6’ inlet and return lines.
Diesel Fuel System adapters include a North American kit that services light and medium duty imports, Ford, GM and Chrysler vehicles. EGR/ induction cleaning is performed by connecting an atomizer that mixes a new cleaning solution line and an air only line to the canister unit.
The atomizer can then connected to a list of EGR adapters for different makes and models of diesel engines.
Recommended Service Interval
Every 24,000 miles or when Engine related symptoms develop-hard start, smoke, rough idle and poor throttle response, and check-engine light.
